LUBBOCK, Texas — KLBK, along with Alliance Credit Union, announced the winner of the 2019 Big Chill Sweepstakes on Wednesday.
The freeze happened October 12 at 7:31 a.m., and the winning guess was only 18 minutes off at 7:49 a.m.
