The West Texas Home Builders Association proudly announced the 2017 Fall Tour of Homes, encouraging area residents to mark their calendars for October 7-8th and 14-15th.
45 fantastic homes from some of Lubbock’s finest builders will be on display between 1- 5 p.m. each Saturday and Sunday. Priced from the $160’s to just shy of $1.2m, there are plenty of options for every budget! Admission is FREE with donations being accepted in person or online for the WTHBA charitable arm – Lubbock Homes for Heroes.
The homes on tour can be found throughout Lubbock in 28 of the region’s most popular and desirable communities. Please note that many of the homes are located in new neighborhoods that smart phone maps have not yet recognized. You will find it easiest to navigate using our mobile-friendly website at http://lubbockfalltourofhomes.com/.
Brochures with home details and maps are also available at each Fall Tour home free of charge. Grab one while you’re there and plot the route for the rest of your tour!
“The Fall Tour of Homes is a really unique opportunity for Lubbock’s community of builders to spotlight our best work,” noted Fall Tour of Homes Chairman, Craig Ray. “Only once a year do we have this many builders from this many neighborhoods showcasing their homes all at the same time. Builders and their vendor partners will be at each home to answer questions or proudly point out trending features as you tour. Be sure and introduce yourself – you will learn more about what makes that home special.”
Gena Godinez, West Texas Home Builders Association Executive Director added, “last year’s #fallforthetour contest was such a hit that we simply had to bring it back in 2017. The contest allows guests to complete a brief 2-3 minute survey at any home they visit and be entered to win a 50 minute Swedish Massage from the Woodhouse Day Spa, a teeth whitening treatment from Jason P. White, DDS, a YETI hopper from Morrison Showroom or the grand prize of a $500 Visa gift card from Southwest Bank Mortgage.”
The 2017 Fall Tour of Homes is proudly sponsored by Frigidaire, Morrison Showroom, Southwest Bank Mortgage and Western Title.
