UPDATE FROM LUBBOCK POLICE – Janet Dase Collins has been located and we are still gathering information.
ORIGINAL PRESS RELEASE FROM LUBBOCK POLICE –
On Thursday, February 11, 2016 at approximately 8:04 p.m., patrol officers responded to a report of a missing person at Carillon Retirement Center, 1717 Norfolk Ave. Officers learned that family stopped by to visit Janet Dase Collins – 82 to find that she was not home and had not been seen since Wednesday, February 10, 2016 at approximately 6:30 p.m. There is reason to believe that Mrs. Collins is endangered.
Mrs. Collins was last seen wearing a green sweater and blue jeans. She is 5’03” weighs 95 lbs. with grey hair and hazel eyes. She drives a tan 2007 Toyota Sienna bearing Texas license plate GVT3027 similar to the one
pictured.
The Lubbock Police Department urges anyone with information about the whereabouts of Janet Dase Collins to call the 806-775-2865.
