Debra Denise (Terrel) Mackey was reported missing to the Lubbock Police Department on January 1, 1982 by her mother. Debra was last seen on January 1, 1982 in the area of 1711 Ave. E., in Lubbock, Texas.
At the time of her disappearance, Debra was 5’00” and weighed 110 lbs. She was last seen wearing green pants, plaid shirt, checkered plaid coat with a hood, brown shoes and a red and white bandana on her head.
