Lubbock Police are investigating an accident that happened early Tuesday morning, sending one person to the hospital in critical condition.
According to Lubbock Police, the accident happened around 1:30 Tuesday morning in the 3300 block of North Loop 289.
Police said there were two cars involved, each with only the drivers inside.
Officers on scene said one of the two drivers was taken to the hospital with critical injuries.
Officers said early Tuesday morning they were not yet sure what caused the crash to happen.
