Lubbock Police officers are investigating a stabbing that happened late Tuesday night in the 5000 block of 34th Street.
According to police, they were called to the area around 10:30 p.m. Tuesday, and found one male had been stabbed.
According to police, there were two people inside the building, when they heard a noise at the door, and the male went to open the front door.
Police said when the male opened the door, a male suspect stabbed him in the stomach. The male victim then chased after the suspect, but told police he passed out in the alley and the suspect was not found.
Police said they also found a female victim at the scene, who had some scratches and neck pain, which may have been from being choked by the suspect.
