This morning, Friday, June 24, 2016 at approximately 2:11 a.m., patrol officers responded to a report of a disturbance with shots fired at The Firehouse, 1719 Buddy Holly Ave. Officers arrived to find two gunshot victims. The two victims had been inside The Firehouse and had an argument with the two suspects. As the two victims were leaving the club walking north in the east alley, the suspects drove up in a white Ford F-150 and continued to argue with them. One of the victim’s got into a physical confrontation with the driver. The passenger then pulled out a handgun and began firing at the victims striking one in the abdomen and the other in the back. Both victims were taken to UMC with non-life threatening injuries.
The suspects are described as hispanic males in their twenties.
