This morning, Wednesday, May 11, 2016 at approximately 7:07 a.m., a Lubbock Fire Marshall spotted the vehicle associated with Kathleen Henderson driving in the area of 82nd and Quaker Ave. The Fire Marshal stopped the vehicle at 124th Street and Quaker Ave. and notified police dispatch.

Ms. Henderson was in good condition and unharmed. The family responded to the scene and she was released to them.

The Lubbock Police Department wants to thank everyone who called with tips and possible sightings throughout the night.

Tonight, Tuesday, May 10, 2016 at approximately 5:46 p.m., patrol officers responded to a report of a missing elderly person in the 4300 block of 52nd Street. The family of Kathleen Henderson – 78, advised that she suffers from progressive memory loss and hasn’t been seen since noon today. The family fears that she may have lost her way and could be in danger.

Ms. Henderson is described as a white female, 5’05”, 137 lbs. with grey hair and green eyes. She is driving a silver 2002 Saturn SL2 four door.

The Lubbock Police Department urges anyone with information about her whereabouts or if someone sees her, to call 911.
