The Lubbock Sheriff’s Office is looking for any information as to the whereabouts of KENNY DON JONES d.o.b. 5-14-1974, in connection to two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, and the unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
JONES is wanted for the shooting of two people Wednesday evening in the 4900 blk., of CR 6300. He is described as a white male 5’07” tall, 160lbs., and has numerous tattoos. He is believed to be armed with a 9mm semi-automatic pistol, and driving a stolen 2008 white Nissan Sentra bearing TX plate DR9K259, possibly enroute to the Amarillo or Houston area. JONES suffers from Bipolar Disorder and is considered ARMED AND DANGEROUS. If encountered, contact law enforcement immediately… DO NOT ATTEMPT TO ENGAGE OR APPREHEND THIS SUBJECT…
