The Lubbock Arts Alliance is gearing up for the 39th Annual Lubbock Arts Festival. The Festival will be held April 22-23 at the Lubbock Memorial Civic Center. This two day celebration is the largest fine art, fine craft event in West Texas. Local artist Tim Oliver will be featured at this years event.
