LUBBOCK, TX (NEWS RELEASE) — NOTICE is hereby given that the City Council will hold Public Hearings on Tuesday, June 9, 2015 at 3:00 p.m. and Thursday, June 11, 2015 at 5:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 1625 13th Street, Lubbock, Texas, regarding the following annexations:
- A petitioned annexation from Trantham and Rich, LLC, CNS Realty, L.C., and Gary Bell to annex a parcel approximately 157.57 acres adjacent to the city limits south of 130th Street (FM 1585) east of University Avenue.
- An annexation of approximately 223 acres adjacent to the city limits north of East FM 1294 and east of Interstate 27, lying in Sections 37 and 38, Block D, L.&S.V.RR Survey and Section 36 Block A, Lubbock County.
City of Lubbock City Council meetings are available to all persons regardless of disability. All interested persons may speak, and then the City Council will act on such recommendations.
