CHCL strives to improve access to health care across all age groups, reduce health disparities in the community, and improve the quality of life for residents of Lubbock, TX, and its surrounding communities. We have designed a service delivery model to care for the whole person at every stage of life.
The center offers patients a comprehensive array of services, as well as provides prescription assistance to ensure that patients have access to the medications they need to manage their health conditions. We strive to provide the highest quality of care and are a Joint Commission Accredited program, meeting state standards for licensing and certification. We are also a Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA) Deemed facility.
CHCL has achieved great success because of our partnerships with numerous groups and organizations, including UMC Health System, Covenant Health System, Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center and United Supermarkets. These partnerships further the operational effectiveness of our mission – “Providing quality primary and preventive health care services to those in need.”
They are hosting their Grand Opening at their new location at 1610 5th Street on April 26th at 3:30 in the afternoon. They invite the public to attend.
