In the mood for some music? There will be the free “Ol’ Glory’s Heroes” concert held at the All Saints Episcopal School on May 13th, at 7 p.m.
Kerry Kirk, Lubbock Concert Band director, and David speer, Lubbock Concert Band board member, percussionist, and band director at Terra Vista Middle School, were here to talk about the great American patriotic music that will be played.
We are told the members of Texas South Plains Honor Flight will be in attendance and be honored.
Wondering about what the members consist of in the band? All members are volunteers and come from all walks of life. There are some high schoolers and some 80 year olds.
