The Lubbock High School Performing Arts Department presents the “The Wizard of Oz,” opening next weekend in the historic and newly renovated Lubbock High School auditorium.

The production features students from around Lubbock ISD, including Lubbock High School, Hutchinson Middle School, and Miller, Parsons, Roscoe Wilson and Wolffarth Elementary Schools. This musical version of the story contains the original music from the film version and will provide entertainment for all ages.

The show times are Friday, May 5 at 7 p.m., Saturday, May 6 at 7 p.m. and Sunday, May 8 at 2 p.m. Tickets are $7 for adults and $5 for students and can be purchased online or at the door.
