A Lubbock County grand jury on Tuesday indicted Dylan Perez, 21, for aggravated sexual assault of a child.  The indictment said he sexually abused a boy under the age of 14.

According to an arrest warrant, in November 2016, a family member walked in on Perez with the boy.  The family then reported it to police.

When interviewed by police, Perez denied the allegation.  He claimed he was simply adjusting his pants when the victim came into the room.

Police confronted him with the statement of the victim and the other family member who witnessed an episode of oral sex.  Perez told police, “I ain’t gay.”

Perez was arrested on March 9.  He was able to post bond to get out of jail.
