Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC has announced that Chase Marberry, a Realtor from Coldwell Banker, Rick Canup Realtors in Lubbock, Texas was named to the Coldwell Banker 30 Under 30. This prestigious list encompasses the top young real estate professionals among the 86,000 Coldwell Banker professionals working in 43 countries around the world. This group of real estate professionals honors the heritage of founders, Colbert Coldwell and later Arthur Banker, who started their company at 24 and 28 years old, respectively.
Marberry, 27, was honored for his accomplishments in real estate sales, development in real estate technology, creativity in marketing, and contributions to his community. He was ranked in the top 30 sales agents for Lubbock in both 2013 and 2014. He founded and developed RealtyCMA.com to aid Realtors in accurately pricing homes. Chase is also very active in his community by volunteering his time and resources to aid with multiple ministries that feed the hungry and give school supplies to children in need. His passion for creating a remarkable brand and providing top tier service to his clients is what drives him to never stop moving and improving. Marberry has been affiliated with Coldwell Banker Rick Canup Realtors since 2006.
The Coldwell Banker organization will honor Marberry at their international Generation Blue Experience in Chicago, Ill. on September 16-18.
