Last night, Saturday, July 9, 2016 at approximately 8:21 p.m., patrol officers responded to a report of shots fired in the area of 35th Street and Avenue K. Officers arrived to find one victim suffering from multiple gunshot wounds lying in the driveway of 1108 35th Street. The victim, William Brown – 42, was immediately taken to UMC Emergency Room with life-threatening injuries.
Detectives from the Investigation Services Bureau were called to the scene and are investigating.
