Harold Natale, 38, of Houston was sentenced this week to five years in prison for stealing metal and equipment from the Citizens Tower, formerly known as the Omni Building. Natale pleaded guilty to theft of $200,000 or more.
The city had recently purchased the building at 1208 14th Street when Natale, Sandra Kay Phillips, 40, of Lubbock and Robin Baxter, 41, of Houston were arrested in December.
Baxter pleaded guilty on May 21 was and was also sentenced to five years. The case against Phillips is still pending.
