On Wednesday, a federal grand jury in Lubbock indicted Cody Brett Wilcox, age not listed, for distribution of child pornography.
The indictment said between October 20 and October 26, Wilcox used an iPhone 6, iPhone 7 and a computer for still images of child pornography. The electronic items were seized by the FBI on October 28, according to the indictment.
The indictment said the images were “depicting prepubescent female children engaged in sexually explicit conduct, including oral-genital sexual intercourse, lascivious exhibition of the genitals and pubic areas of minor females, and lascivious exhibition of the genitals and pubic area of an adult male.”
The indictment did not include details of how Wilcox acquired the images, nor did it say how widely he was accused of distributing them. Wilcox was not listed in jail records as of Wednesday afternoon.
Court documents indicated that the offense was somewhere in Lubbock or Lubbock County but the specific address was not listed.
