A man was taken to the hospital with serious injuries after Lubbock Police said he fell from the back of a car.
According to Lubbock Police, around 1:20 Tuesday morning, 21-year-old Seth Jordan Scarborough was sitting on the back of a car. Police said the driver of the car did not know the man was sitting on the car.
Police said the driver backed out of a driveway in the area of 28th Street and Avenue W, and began driving east on 28th Street, when Scarborough fell from the car.
According to LPD, Scarborough was taken to University Medical Center with life-threatening injuries.
The Accident Investigation Team was called to continue the investigation. No one else was injured.
