The Big Spring Police Department said Freddie Ramos, 30, was shot and killed Wednesday night outside the Spanish Inn restaurant located in the 300 block of North Scurry Street.
Officer responded to a call of shots fired and found Ramos dead at the scene. According to witnesses, the suspects drove away in a silver passenger car.
