On Saturday, March 4, the Student National Medical Association (SNMA) at the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center (TTUHSC) School of Medicine will host a free health fair.
The annual health fair will be at the United Market Street, located at 4425 19th Street and will run from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Various screening services will be available to attendees as well as specialists on standby to discuss nutrition and fitness, mental health, pediatric health, cancer prevention and much more.
On Monday, second-year student Taylor Lindgren and first-year student Akwasi Opoku stopped by the set of KLBK This Morning to talk about the organization’s involvement with the annual event and how community members can take advantage of all the services and information available at the fair.
