Priscilla Martinez, 13, was found alive after she went missing from Donna, according to the Hidalgo County Sheriff’s Office.
Montgomery County authorities arrested Rudolfo Nuncio Jr., 41, after leading officers on a three-county pursuit. Nuncio is the uncle of Priscilla Martinez.
Hildalgo County Sheriff Eddie Guerra wrote on Twitter, “Endangered child Priscilla Elisabel Martinez has been recovered. Uncle has been arrested after leading LE in a 3 county pursuit.”
Priscilla was the subject of an Amber Alert early Monday morning.
Click2houston.com reported, “Montgomery County sheriff’s deputies chased the vehicle on [Highway] 59 and eventually law enforcement tried to use spikes to stop the suspect’s vehicle, but the suspect drove around and hit a Department of Public Safety trooper’s vehicle head-on.”
