WERNERSVILLE, Pennsylvania — With Girl Scout cookies being sold once again, one Pennsylvania woman continues the tradition she started at the age of 10.
Ronnie Backenstoe, 98, has been in the Girl Scouts for 88 years. She said her adventures with the scouts have taken her all over the country and world.
Now, she said she helps pass on the traditions to a new generation. That definitely means helping sell cookies.
