An Benton, Arkansas family is missing a pet possum, according to a report Thursday on arkansasmatters.com.
His name is Joe and he’s three-months-old.
The Johnson family took him in as a baby after his mother grabbed all his brothers and sisters but unfortunately left him inside a trash can.
He has been bottle-fed and kept indoors except for taking occasional walks outside.
The Johnson’s say his favorite treats are French fries and crackers.
They say Joe is not scared of anything and their biggest fear is someone will think he’s dangerous because he loves people and will just walk up to them.
He was lost Monday night near Benton’s downtown area when he escaped from his cage while the family was visiting a relative.
