International Business Consultant and Best Selling Author Sam Silverstein completed a book called Non-Negotiable – The Story of Happy State Bank and The Power of Accountability. Silverstein released a statement and held a book signing last week.
“For over 20 years I have researched and worked with businesses across the globe and Happy State Bank is one of the most accountable organizations I have studied,” Silverstein said. “It is clear that the values they have in place are directly related to the success they have as an organization.”
