Tom Hanks returns as Robert Langdon. Directed by Ron Howard, Inferno throws Hanks into a Dante riddle, but his amnesia adds a 10th circle of pain. But he teams up with a doctor to help him recover his memories, while chasing the clock to prevent a cataclysmic event. The PG-13 thriller runs exactly two hours. Flatlands Dance Theatre returns to the Underwood Center this weekend. They will present Tricks and Treats: A Halloween Spooktacular Friday and Saturday night at 8:00 p.m. The seven original works will be in the Firehouse Theater, and they will even have an audience costume contest. Tickets are $25 for adults, and $15 for seniors, children, and students with an ID. Get them at the door or through Select-A-Seat.

The Lubbock Community Theatre wraps its production of Dr. Jeckyll an Mr. Hyde this weekend. Several actors portray Mr. Hyde, making this a fresh take on the classic Robert Lewis Stevenson tale.
