The Odessa Police Department raided a massage parlor called Accu Therapy Massage on Wednesday night.
Police said the SWAT team raid in the 2800 block of North West County Road was conducted after an undercover investigator noticed an employee at the parlor offering sexual favors to customers.
Police said no one was inside the building during the raid and no arrests were made. A search warrant served.
“There are forms of advertising for prostitution such as back pages and other websites,” said Steve Lesueur with Odessa PD. “We’re aware of those and have been monitoring them ever since they’ve existed.”
The business was closed Thursday with a handwritten note on the door with the words “to enter this space you must first call” and a phone number.
