Odessa Police are investigating after a woman was arrested and accused of stabbing her boyfriend in the neck early Sunday morning.
At about 3:55 a.m. police were called to the 2200 block of W. 3rd Street about a stab victim and found a 35-year-old man bleeding from the neck at the scene, according to a release.
Cesar Robles was reportedly transported to the hospital with serious bodily injury.
While investigating, police found Olivia Tostych standing on the side of the home near the backyard, according to the release.
Police officials say Tolstych and Robles got into an argument before she reportedly stabbed him in the neck.
Tolstych also admitted to puncturing Robles’ neck and a witness was able to confirm the report, police say.
Tolstych was arrested and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
