One man was arrested after a road rage incident in South Lubbock on Thursday.
Shortly after 5 p.m. Thursday, Lubbock Police received a report of an aggressive driver headed westbound on the South Loop 289, with another vehicle following.
“There was reports that one of the vehicles had a firearm, and displayed it at the other driver,” said Lt. Ray Mendoza of Lubbock Police.
Police pulled both drivers over at the intersection of 98th Street and Frankford Avenue, approximately 3 miles from where the incident began.
According to Mendoza, officers “successfully took [the driver] into custody without any incident.”
Police arrested Johnny Nolan, 50. Nobody was hurt.
Police remind the public to call 911 and report the license plate number.
