The Wichita Falls Police Department said one man has died and multiple others were wounded in Saturday morning shooting at a local bar in the 300 block of North Scott Avenue.
The police said they responded to a disturbance inside and outside of the local bar, Haystack, early Saturday. When they arrived, they found four people who had been shot.
48-year-old Douglas Hearne and 28-year-old Stephon Wiley were shot multiple times. They both underwent surgery, however, Hearne died from his wounds. 26-year-old Shance Dutch suffered a gunshot to her leg and 26-year-old Ashley Constance was shot in the shoe.
One female suspect was arrested, 18-year-old Ashlei Couch. Police said she is charged on a separate case of Deadly Conduct.
