The Parmer County Sheriff’s Office seized almost 40 grams of methamphetamine on Wednesday, December 14th, while assisting the Farwell Police Department with a felony warrant service in Farwell, TX.
Samual Spears was arrested and charged with Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1 more than 4 grams less than 200 grams. Spears was booked in to the Parmer County Detention Center, and later posted $25,000 bond.
David Stephen Rhodes was also arrested on a Hill County warrant on Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child. Rhodes was booked into the Parmer County Detention Center and is being held on $100,000 bond.
