The City of Lubbock invited companies to bid on the renovation work at Patterson Library, 1836 Parkway Drive.
The estimated cost is $300,000 and the City Council is scheduled to choose a contractor on January 26. Once a contract is finally approved the work must be done in 90 days.
Public records last year on the city’s website said, “The renovations include new floor covering, HVAC replacements, and a new roof system. Minor electrical will also be included.”
