Texas Railroad Commissioner Ryan Sitton will deliver a lecture as part of the Energy Law Lecture Series, hosted by the Texas Tech School of Law on Nov. 14. The first engineer to serve on the Railroad Commission in 50 years, Sitton will discuss the current state of the energy industry, Texas’ role in global energy markets and the role of a good energy regulator.
