The oldest Texas Department of Transportation bridge in the state is located in San Angelo.
Art In Uncommon Places has teamed up with Principle L.E.D. to place those colorful lights on the Lone Wolf Bridge.
Officials say the donated lights are sure to attract people to the pedestrian bridge. The project should be finished in a week or so and they’ll be revealed to the public on May first during a picnic at the location.
The lights are programmed to turn green on St. Patrick’s Day and red white and blue during the Fourth of July.
