A Seagraves man was killed in a one vehicle accident early Monday morning in Andrews County.
According to the DPS, the accident occurred along U.S. Highway 385, approximately 6.5 miles north of Andrews, at 12:12 a.m.
Authorities say a Chevrolet Cobalt was traveling northbound and drove into an east barrow ditch. The vehicle rolled multiple times and the driver was ejected. The driver was pronounced dead at the accident scene.
The victim has been identified as Phillip Taylor Palomo, 23, of Seagraves.
The DPS report states that Paloma was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the accident.
