A Seymour coach and teacher is out on bond after being arrested for allegedly having an improper relationship with a high school student.

Seymour Police Chief Mike Griffin says Trent Wilson was arrested on two warrants on Friday.

Chief Griffin says the Grand Jury met Thursday, and returned two indictments on two counts of the same offense of improper relationship between an educator and student.

He says Texas Rangers handled the investigation and say the offense allegedly happened sometime between January 2015 and graduation in May of 2015.

Wilson is still listed on the Seymour ISD website, but we have not heard from the district regarding his employment status.
