Joe and Mike Pearce have been cooking together for as long as they can remember and have competed in BBQ championships all over. They came to Lubbock, TX to compete in the Raider Rumble against world renowned pit masters. The Pearce brothers have appeared on “BBQ Pit Masters” and their restaurant has been featured on “Burgers, Brew & Que.”
