A Snyder man was sentenced to more than five years in federal prison last week for receiving child pornography.
According to court records, Robert Quinonez Albarez Jr. was indicted in September 2016 and accepted a plea agreement in November. Albarez admitted he communicated with a Travis County minor between September 2014 and March 2015.
Albarez admitted to receiving explicit content from the minor. He also admitted to knowing that he was communicating with a minor.
