Beginning Tuesday, May 31, 2016, the City of Lubbock with Utility Contractors of America will continue construction of a Sanitary Sewer Main Extension across University Avenue at 100th Street. 100th Street will be closed fully at this intersection through July 8, 2016 at which time 100th Street will be fully opened.
This phase of the project will restrict access for traffic on 100th Street to and from University Avenue. Drivers are encouraged to avoid the construction if possible and to use extreme caution while driving in the construction zone.
