The South Plains Mall on Tuesday will hold a ribbon cutting and grand re-opening.
The South Plains Mall updated all three entrances, added new lighting & flooring and added new amenities like Wi-Fi, charging stations, and a new set of restrooms.
VIP’s will gather in the newly-renovated Grand Court at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday for the ribbon cutting. KLBK’s Trends and Friends will broadcast live from the Grand Court at 5:00 p.m.
In a written statement, the mall said, “The celebration continues throughout the holiday season as guests can enjoy extended holiday hours starting on Thanksgiving from 6 p.m. – midnight.”
“On Black Friday, guests can enjoy incredible doorbusters starting at 6 a.m. and stay late as the center will be open until 10 p.m.,” the statement also said.
On Friday from 2:00 – 10:00 p.m. the South Plains Mall will host a tailgate celebration to cheer on the Texas Tech Red Raiders versus the Baylor Bears.
On Saturday the mall will host breakfast with Santa starting at 9:00 a.m. with complimentary food, and kid-friendly crafts.
