The 8th annual South Plains Nativity is to be held at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saint’s meetinghouse on Dec. 1-4.
The South Plains Nativity serves as a symbol of the true meaning of Christmas and its importance and this event serves as a way to start the Christmas season off to a good start. The nativity features hundreds of nativities donated by collectors and private individuals.
This community event will be open to the public and free of charge. The South Plains Nativity will be held daily from 1-9 p.m., starting on Dec 1-4. The church is located at 7014 Frankford Ave., parking is free.
