Zachary Smyser, 21, was indicted by a Lubbock County grand jury on Tuesday for his role in a stabbing at a Southwest Lubbock apartment complex.
Smyser is accused of stabbing a person with a knife at the Hunter’s Way apartments back on September 9.
The victim was taken to the hospital with a neck wound. Smyser was arrested at the scene.
The grand jury indicted him for Aggravated Assault with Bodily Injury and a Deadly Weapon.
