On Friday, Sept. 22, and Saturday Sept. 23, the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) led a joint online internet operation targeting child predators. 

DPS was assisted by Homeland Security and West Texas A&M University (WTAMU) Police Department.  

As a result, seven suspects were arrested and booked into the Randall County Jail.

Below are the suspects arrested and their mugshots:

  • Kenan Griffith White, 46, of Amarillo, was charged with compelling prostitution child younger than 18 years of age.
  • Armando Baca, 53, of Amarillo, was charged with compelling prostitution child younger than 18 years of age. 
  • Michael James Gibbons, 39, of Amarillo, was charged with compelling prostitution child younger than 18 years of age.
  • Samuel Moctezuma, 40, of Amarillo, was charged with compelling prostitution child younger than 18 years of age.
  • William Paul McAlister, 29, of Amarillo, was charged with online solicitation of a minor.
  •  Ezra Shon Gose, 21, of Amarillo, was charged with online solicitation of a minor.
  •  Dakota Rain Taylor, 27, Amarillo, was charged with online solicitation of a minor.
