An Abilene Larry Doescher, 42, was booked into the Taylor County Jail Wednesday for Aggravated Sexual Assault.
Doescher was accused of sexually assaulting a mentally disabled teen.
Court documents state the victim, whose mother says is 17 but is autistic and has the mental capacity of a 10-year-old, went to an apartment to look for her friend in July of 2017.
The victim told detectives her friend wasn’t there, but her friend’s father, Doescher, was there. Court documents said he invited her inside then forced her onto the bed, removed her clothing, held her down, and sexually assaulted her.
The victim also said that during the sexual assault, Doescher told her that this “is what she will do when she gets older,” according to the documents.
Doescher was held in jail on a $100,000 bond.
