An Amber Alert was issued Sunday morning for Aaron Joseph Concepcion, age 2, of San Antonio.
“Police are looking for Richard Jose Concepcion in connection with his abduction,” the alert said.
“The suspect is driving a white, 2016, Toyota Tundra, with a Texas, license plate number of GH58MH,” the alert also said. “The suspect was last heard from in San Antonio, Texas.”
Law enforcement officials believe the child to be in grave or immediate danger.
The boy was described as 20 pounds, 30 inches tall, with brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen in white pajamas.
The suspect was described as 37 years old, 5’9” tall and 200 pounds. He was also described as brown hair and brown eyes.

UPDATE: Just before noon, San Antonio Police released the following information:
Homicide suspect Richard Concepcion is being treated for a self-inflicted gunshot wound and he is in grave condition. The 18-month-old child was found in backseat of truck unharmed in Guadalupe County.
