Pampa Police responded to a shooting just after midnight Saturday on the 1100 block of South Dwight Street.
When police arrived, they found Brad Austin Burton, 19, with a gunshot wound. A justice of the peace pronounced Burton dead at Pampa Regional Medical Center
Pampa Police arrested Tomarius Embers, 21, of Borger.
Officials said Embers was charged with criminally negligent homicide. As of Saturday, he was held in the Gray County Jail.
