The Department of Public Safety released information Wednesday about a fatal crash near Big Spring.
The single-vehicle crash occurred around 4:30 a.m. February 7 about six miles north of Big Spring.
Arturo Pacheco, 50, of Portales, New Mexico, died in the crash, DPS said.
Pacheco was traveling northbound on US Highway 87. According to the DPS, the vehicle entered the center median, overcorrected and rolled.
The DPS said he was not wearing a seatbelt.
Road conditions were dry and clear.
