Graffiti discovered Monday morning at Austin High School accused the school of being “loyal to the rapists and not the victims.” The graffiti appeared to be black spray paint along the side of the school with three phrases.
One of them said, “This school tells Rapist to ‘keep thier (sic) head low’ while they tell the victums (sic) are told ‘sucks you got screwed … no pun.'”
Austin Independent School District said the administration was looking into it but did not yet have information.
In the past year, the University of Texas at Austin had to contend with graffiti. In February, the Pharmacy Building was tagged with “UT harbors abusers,” and last August graffiti saying “Rapist” and “Racist” appeared on a UT fraternity fence.
