Dalhart Police on Tuesday asked the public’s help to find Jeana Garcia who was wanted after a high-speed chase in a stolen vehicle.  

Police said Kenneth Fleming was arrested Tuesday morning after that same high-speed chase.

“The vehicle wrecked 5 miles north on 385 and both subjects ran on foot,” police said. 

“Fleming was located and taken into custody on multiple felony charges,” DHP said. “Jeana Garcia is still at large.”

Dalhart Area Crime Stoppers said a $500 reward was offered for information leading to the arrest of Garcia.

Early this morning, 10/16/2018, officers with the Dalhart Police Department were involved in a high speed pursuit with a stolen vehicle. Occupants in the vehicle were Kenneth Fleming and Jeana Garcia. The vehicle wrecked 5 miles north on 385 and both subjects ran on foot. Assistance was given by Dalhart Fire Department, Hartley Fire Department, Dallam County, Hartley County and officers/K9’s with the prison. Fleming was located and taken into custody on multiple felony charges. Jeana Garcia is still at large. Any information to her location that would aid in her arrest would be appreciated.
